Villa Serena Apartments is located circa 6 miles west of Ochio Rios town, close to the Rio Nuevo river that runs into Rio Nuevo beach St. Mary. Because of it’s prime location, you can rest assured that never a day goes by that you have nothing to do. This first class residential location is close to all types of amenities and leisure activities to keep you busy. Dunns river falls, Eltham golf course, horseback riding, Plantation tours, Tubing and rafting at White river. Dolphins clove, or just enjoy the peace and tranquillity that Villa Serena has to offer.
Each individual apartment is totally private. A weekly Maid Service is included.
The Studio Apartment is 35m2 and is fully contained with your own entrance. It contains a double bed which is suitable for a single or a couple. The Studio Apartment has a large bathroom containing a shower, wash basin and toilet. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with a small balcony with garden and seaside view. The Studio Apartment is on the 1st floor and is not wheelchair friendly.
You can choose to cook your own meals in our fully equipped kitchen or visit our areas many restaurants. There are food to be discovered not just a meal but a feast. Italian, English, Indian, Chinese, vegetarian, vegan, Fishtarian and of course Jamaican restaurants and delicious and cheap street food.
Parking is provided inside the gate, the villa has a CCTV system on the outside area of the villa. We encourage our guest to take full advantage of the leisure area and to use the pool whenever they wish to do during daylight.
All apartments have their own electrical system. We ask you to take care not to leave ceiling fans, air conditioner or light on when you are not in the flat. Electricity is like gold on the island. Villa Serena has a voltage of 110 and 220. Netflix / YouTube / WiFi are included.
